Once a purchase is completed, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

However, in certain situations, a refund may be requested, and this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:
If the program or course is canceled by Bright Future Guidance before the scheduled start date.
If there is an error in enrollment or billing that results in an overpayment.
In exceptional cases, where a student has genuine reasons supported with valid documentation, such as medical emergencies or relocation, and the request is made prior to the start of the program.
Please note that once a program or counselling session has begun, refunds for the session fees or course fees may not be applicable, except in cases where the service could not be provided due to our fault.
2. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, clients must:
Contact our support team through email or phone, providing full details of the transaction, including payment confirmation and the reason for the refund.
Submit any supporting documents, if applicable, to justify the refund request.
Ensure that the refund request is made within 7 days of the payment date or prior to the start of the program, whichever is earlier.
Our team will review the request promptly and communicate the outcome within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.
3. Non-Refundable Items

Payments for programs that have already commenced.
Fees paid for downloadable resources, study materials, or recorded sessions once they have been accessed or delivered.
Any additional charges, taxes, or bank/transaction fees incurred during payment.
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be offered at the discretion of Bright Future Guidance. This may apply if a student withdraws after enrolling but before the program has officially started. Partial refunds are calculated after deducting administrative fees and applicable service charges.
5. Modifications and Cancellations
Bright Future Guidance reserves the right to modify course schedules, fees, or program content in rare cases. In such instances, we will communicate the changes promptly. If the modification significantly affects the program or service purchased, students may request a refund in accordance with this Refund Policy.
